Led By Clinical Experience

Tara Tooley holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work. She completed a two-year sleep medicine program and conducted sleep studies, building a strong foundation in how sleep, nervous system stress, and mental health interact.

Her background includes hospice care, grief support, and medical and oncology social work. She is an INELDA-trained end-of-life doula and has led community grief groups and supported individuals and families during serious illness.

She is trauma-informed and trained in EMDR, ART, CBT, CBT-I, and ACT. She also incorporates holistic approaches and is a Reiki practitioner. Therapy intensives are individualized and guided by each client’s goals.
